I UNDERSTAND THAT:

1. The events are physically and mentally intense and may require extreme exertion to play. Paintball and Airsoft can hurt
   and be painful.
2. The events can be dangerous if not played in accordance with the stated rules which will be fully explained to the players in
   the briefing.
3. The possibility of injury to myself and others exists.
4. The playing area has varying terrain such as natural holes, mud may be slippery and have many trip hazards and brambles.
   There is concrete which is slippery due to rain, paintballs, BB’s.
5. Any player found deliberately shooting or damaging Ironsight property or equipment will be asked to leave the site
   without a refund.
6. Any player caught cheating in any form and continues to do so after warnings, will be asked to leave the site without a
   refund.
7. Hostile behaviour towards a member of staff will not be tolerated. Any issues must be taken up with the Day Manager.

I CONFIRM THAT:

1. I am fully aware of the risks to myself and others involved at Ironsight and that I will never, under any circumstances,
   deliberately break the rules.
2. I am physically fit and mentally able to take the strain and exertion in all activities.
3. I will comply with the Ironsight rules and use the equipment as instructed and not so as to injure or hurt others and will
   obey all the directions of the Ironsight Marshalls and Judges.
4. I have NO medical condition that would prevent me from playing. Please make the Day Manager aware if you use an
   inhaler or any other medical aid.

RELEASE:
I hereby waive whatsoever without limitation that I might have against Ironsight, the owners of the property on which the events
are being played and any other player who might injure me howsoever arising, and I make this release on behalf of myself, my heirs,
executors and administrators.

RENTAL AGREEMENT:
I agree to return any hire equipment at the end of the event to Ironsight. I have read and fully understand all the terms of this
document and confirm that I am not relying on any statements or representations by any person or entity as an inducement to my
fully and voluntarily engaging in activities assuming the risks and obligations stated about signing this document.

BY SUBMITTING THE BELOW FORM I CONFIRM THAT I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
PLAYERS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD MUST BE SIGNED FOR BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN.
