We are delighted to be able to open our gates and once again offer our adrenaline-fuelled games for all the family at our unique indoor and outdoor gaming facility. However, to meet current Government recommendations, our format and pricing will be slightly different for the time being to ensure a safe environment for our staff and players, as follows:
Reduced party sizes for Airsoft and any other events in line with current Government guidelines. Currently, we can take bookings for:-
- One household
- Two households together
- 6 individuals from different households per room/ tunnel
To avoid unnecessary paperwork, we will be implementing an online disclaimer that all participants must complete prior to playing.
Advanced booking is compulsory
We will not be taking any walk-on players, all bookings must be made in advance.
All players are asked to wear gloves when playing (available for purchase on site if you cannot bring your own).
increased car park
We have increased the size of our car park to allow all visitors to park at a safe distance apart.
Bigger Safe Zone
We have increased the size of our check-in area and ‘safe zone’ to enable players to get kitted up safely. This is now housed in a 75x35ft hanger with appropriately distanced benches and tables.
We currently cannot allow parents/family members to spectate the game play. Only participating players can enter the gaming zones.
We have implemented one-way systems where appropriate and all players are asked to adhere to the directional arrows and signage at all times.
Hand sanitising stations are located throughout the site and we will ensure that everyone washes their hands at regular intervals throughout their event.
1 in, 1 out
All toilet facilities will be operated on a 1 in 1 out basis and will be cleaned between each party booking. Before using the toilet, please use the hand sanitiser provided and again after use.
All surfaces and high touch points will be regularly cleaned throughout the day.
Contactless payments only
If making any purchases on site, please use contactless payments.
PPE/ First Aid Available
If you require First Aid please find a member of our staff, PPE is available if required. We will use screens and face coverings for staff where appropriate.
We will close off certain areas and gaming zones if necessary to ensure the safety of our staff and players.
All of our guns, masks and overalls are only used for one party/ rental and then removed and cleaned. We already have stringent cleaning processes in place and these will continue as follows:
- Masks: washed in a commercial antibacterial solution and hot water and then left to dry for one week. We have over 100 masks available so this ensures every player has an unused, clean mask for their game play.
- Guns: we use colour coded cloths, one to wash, one to dry. Again, we use a commercial grade antibacterial solution and all cloths are washed after each use.
- Overalls: after every event they are machine washed at 60o and dried before next use.
Stay at home policy
We respectfully ask that you do not attend an event if you or anyone in your household has symptoms of Covid-19 or have been instructed to self-isolate (symptoms include high temperature, persistent cough, loss or change to sense of smell or taste).
We will continue to monitor Government guidance and amend our procedures as necessary. Any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification on 01264 726490 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
